Our Shipping Policy
All of our tiles are produced when ordered and ship as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days (M-F).
Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and Priority Mail (USPS) based on the size of the order. Smaller orders are shipped Priority Mail, with larger orders shipping via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Delivery is generally within 1-7 days. Coast to Coast shipments typically takes 4-5 days, but outlying areas take a day or two longer.
All orders are shipped fully insured. Any broken tiles received will be replaced promptly at no charge.
Order Status will remain as Pending while in production. Once shipped, the Order Status will change to Shipped. A Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Our Return Policy
All of our tile murals and accents are covered by our 30-day 100% Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee. Only unused items may be returned under our Return Policy. Orders produced using customer supplied images are not returnable.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Any orders returned without a Return Authorization will be refused.
Your return needs to be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns should be shipped via traceable means (UPS Ground or FedEx Ground) and insured for full value. Any orders returned without a Return Authorization will be refused. In the event that your return has damaged tiles, we will deduct a prorated amount from your refund for these tiles. We will notify you of the damage to allow you to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns.
