Our Return Policy
All of our tile murals and accents are covered by our 30-day 100% Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee. Only unused items may be returned under our Return Policy. Orders produced using customer supplied images are not returnable.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Any orders returned without a Return Authorization will be refused.
Your return needs to be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns should be shipped via traceable means (UPS Ground or FedEx Ground) and insured for full value. Any orders returned without a Return Authorization will be refused. In the event that your return has damaged tiles, we will deduct a prorated amount from your refund for these tiles. We will notify of the damage to allow you to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns.
